What: Join us for a fun, educational program focused on teaching proper lifting techniques for squats, deadlifts, and bench press. All under the supervision of our Certified Coaches.
When: 10am, 11am, or 3:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Camp #1: June 3rd-27th
Camp #2: July 8th-August 1st
Class Sizes: 3-5 people max per class. Classes are 1 hour in duration
Who: Guys and girls, ages 13-18 (do not have to be HHC members).
Where: Helena Health Club, 4766 Hwy 52, Helena, AL
Why: We want to see your teen and/or athlete execute these complicated lifts with great form and confidence. They should be able to implement what they learned when lifting on their own or with their team(s).
