HHC ADULT STRENGTH TRAINING CAMP

Our Adult Strength Camp presents a fantastic opportunity for you to learn proper strength training techniques and execution, plus get a workout in!

All skill levels are welcome!

  • What: Join us for a fun, educational program focused on teaching proper lifting techniques for squats, deadlifts, and bench press. All under the supervision of our Certified Coaches.

  • When:
    Days: Tuesday and Thursday

    (make-up day: Monday)
    Times: 7:00am, 12:00pm, 5:00 or 6:00pm
    Dates: February 25th - March 20th

    Class Sizes: 3-5 people max per class. Classes are 1 hour in duration

  • Who: Men and Women, 18 years +
    (do not have to be HHC members).

  • Where: Helena Health Club, 4766 Hwy 52, Helena, AL

  • Price: HHC Members: $280 | Non-Members: $360
